1. Sand Casting
Equipped with 3 automatic molding lines, featuring sand box dimensions of 600mm × 500mm × 200mm and 1000mm × 800mm × 350mm.
Resin sand casting available for large components weighing up to 10 tons.
Annual Capacity: 50,000 tons.
2. Investment Casting (Lost-Wax Process)
Utilizes the silica sol process for high precision and superior surface finish (Ra 3.2).
Annual Capacity: 10,000 tons.
3. Die Casting
Processes include High-Pressure Die Casting (HPDC), Low-Pressure Die Casting (LPDC), and Gravity Casting.
Annual Capacity: 10,000 tons.
4. Machining
CNC horizontal and vertical machining centers.
Maximum worktable size: 2m × 1.5m.
